Service Description
These classes are up to date informing parents of their choices for labour and birth. We will cover: Pregnancy Care Preparing for birth and labour Choices of birth Stages of labour and how to cope Roles of the partners so they feel useful Postnatal care of both parents How to look after your baby(s) with information on sleep, changing nappy, feeding choices (no judgement), bathing and general information. Emma has helped over 6000 pregnant ladies and 5500 couples and babies. Her teaching is modern, non-judgemental, fair and fun! She welcomes everyone. The hall is cosy and warm with ample parking. Ramp for any disabilities. Hot and cold drinks provided.
