Emma has helped over 6000 pregnancies and reassured couples that labour and birth doesn't have to be scary.  She will fully inform you of all your choices so you can feel empowered to have the birth you want.

Caring for your pregnancy

Labour stages

Pain relief

Information on local hospitals and home births

Birthing positions and role of partner

Elective and emergency c-sections

Caring for your new-born including:  sleep, first aid, feeding, bathing and changing

Over five sessions you will have all the information you need and be able to meet other couples who are due around the same time as you.
